Once installed, there is not a global way to disable Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Office 2016. Let me be clear about one point. I looked very carefully for the type of option that has always been available in the past to choose which parts of Office to install and I was never given this option. I will go confirm the precise form of my purchase, and report back. It is possible that this option might still be available, e.g. For different version, but it was definitely not available to me.
