Video 2 Go is a video conversion system for Mac or PC and will work with nearly any video and audio source. Rated 1 out of 5 by Bruce from Below Standard Quality From the very first tape, it dragged and wobbled. I tried several other tapes, but to no avail. It's very cheaply made. The tape drive mechanism is very unstable. Even the buttons are flimsy when engaged.

This is a dual tape machine and the main problem was with the Tape 1 side. But it totally defeats the purpose of why I purchased it. I have since returned it, because in my view it's an inferior product. To be honest, it's not even worth $15.00, let alone $$ Manufacturers who produce products like this need to get their act together.

I realize it's not a $300+ machine. Even so, for something costing over $$ it should at least be functional. Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Destroyed my cassettes, doors do not close, cheap motor. This is a terrible product. Both cassette doors don't fully close most of the time. My passport for mac not showing up in finder.

The motor makes really strange noise and appears to be very low quality. In my first hour of usage, the machine destroyed three perfectly new blank cassette tapes and worse, it destroyed one of my precious originals. It's going back to B&H today! Do NOT buy this machine!

Instead, wait until B&H offers a much better double tape deck. B&H is an outstanding company and Nathan (customer service) was very nice w/ me concerning returning this product on the phone. I look forward to B&H offering a better product to make a purchase.

I received everything in good order, thanks. The recorder/player works OK (sofar; I have not run it much)but the softwear does not function at all! I can hear the player in the computer until I plug in the USB connector.
