I try to install jdk1.6 on mac os 10.7.5 (Lion), but it seems there have already been a javavm installed on this os, and when I download the dmg and finish my install, go with command 'java -version', error happens like this: But if I turn to jdk1.8, it works perfectly. Also when I install jdk1.6 on mac os10.11, it can work too. Can someone tell me how to deal with this error? I need to use jdk1.6 on mac10.7, so upgrading jdk version or mac os version is not a good idea for me.
