I think this thread could fix my problem but I don't understand quite what I should do. I would like to disable my junk folder. It is set to No Automatic Filtering but it changes itself to Low not just on start up of my laptop but also whenever the mood takes it. I run Norton and would prefer to check just that filter.
I have no blocked addreses in the junk list. I tried to run a rule to move all junk that said Norton in the subject line to the Norton folder but that doesn't work. I'm using Outlook 2007 and have my hotmail account as well as my personal email address on it. Any help would be very much appreciated. It is confusing.
For Exchange 2007 -- There are two things that can cause the issue -- First -- Outlook Junk Mail settings have to be turned off. From Outlook, Tools, Options, blah, blah. Second -- Log onto the Exchange Server OWA website for your mail server -- use Internet Explorer to get the premium web interface (not the dumb down version). Select 'Options' on the upper right -- new screen -- choose the 'Junk E-mail' Settings -- Select 'Do not Filter E-mail'.
