When I open Outlook, I first get a blank pop-up window which never loads (see first screenshot below) and then when I 'x' out of that, a new window pops up with notifications about updates to Outlook for dark mode and teams for Outlook (second screenshot). That one just causes the rainbow spinner and won't let me exit out of it or do anything at all with Outlook. I have to force quit the application. I tried reinstalling Outlook but didn't help.

All other office apps work fine. This started suddenly yesterday (12/25). Was working fine 12/24. Any thoughts about solution?
